Save Search History — After you perform a search, you can save your search queries as a search history file. Later, you can open the file to continue your research.

You can also save the search as an e-mail alert. The alert automatically searches the latest update to the database, and then sends the results to you by e-mail. For example, if your search history is on heart diseases, the system will send you all new articles on this topic. (Subscription required)
