Advanced Search — Use this search option to create search queries using field tags and set combinations. Each search term must be prefaced by a field tag, and search terms must be joined by Boolean operators.

In the first example below, we searched for all articles published in 2003 or 2004 in two journals: Spine and Journal of Neurosurgery Spine.

In the second example, we combined the results in set #1 with a search for the MeSH term prognosis.
