Provider List — This page allows you to view and update your provider names. Provider names are entered in the JUR Upload Utility from uploaded Holdings and Vendor Usage files. Use this feature to avoid having variants of the same name when you view journal data in Journal Use Reports.

Name from Holdings / Vendor File: Click this option to select the name that you uploaded in the Holdings or Vendor Usage file.

Suggested Name: Click this option to select a name that was previously uploaded in a Holdings or Vendor Usage file.

Provide a New Name: Click this option, and then enter a new name. The name that you enter will appear in Journal Use Reports exactly as you enter it in the field.
