Advanced Search — Use this search option to create search queries using field tags and set combinations. Each search term must be prefaced by a field tag, and search terms must be joined by Boolean operators.

In the first example, we are searching for records on mental disorders and immunology and found 12,362 records. In the second example, we have combined our first search with our second search (sets #1 and #2) to create set #3, which has 85 records.
