- Open IE7's Help file.
- In the Contents tab, expand the topic Internet Explorer's Information Bar and click on Understanding Internet Explorer's Information Bar.
- Scroll down to the instructions To stop the Information Bar from blocking file and software downloads.
- Follow directions for file downloads.
