Journal Analysis Database Expanded (JADE) is a customized tool that joins Thomson Scientific content and metrics with partner Ringgold’s “OpenIdentify” technology, providing publishers and institutions with a clear picture of who is using a journal or set of journals, and how they are using them.

Journal Analysis Database Expanded provides information that solves a major issue for publishers, libraries and universities around the world by uniquely and appropriately identifying an institution and its relationships with subsidiaries. Users can clarify authors’ publishing activity and citations in journals, as well as identify current or past subscribers.
