- My saved searches are not available on the IDRAC website.
Q: I can't see the PDF files.
A:
- Change your PDF settings to ensure that it displays the PDF within the web browser. Open the Adobe Reader, select Edit, select Preferences, and the check the box that says "Display PDF in browser".
- Turn off your pop-up blocker.
- The PDF documents open in a second browser window. Please check that the PDF window isn't behind the first browser window.

Q: My saved searches are not available on the IDRAC website.
A: Your browser cookies were probably deleted. Add your email address to your preferences page on IDRAC and your saved searches will once again be available.
