Tessa Heffernan

Tessa Heffernan is a long-time professional of the information industry. After positions as Information Officer at British Petroleum and as a researcher at J Walter Thompson, she joined DataStar in 1984, where she was Country Manager for the UK and Benelux. Tessa's roles at Dialog have included new business sales, account management, training and customer services. Her current role is as an Applications Specialist, based in the London office.
