Please do not submit a journal for evaluation if it is not being published on time. No journal is added to the database if it is not on time. A journal that is rejected for any reason (including timeliness) cannot be reevaluated for 2 years.
Please do not resubmit a journal for evaluation if it has been rejected within the last 2 years. A reevaluation cannot be initiated until 2 years after the date of the rejection.
A minimum of 3 consecutive issues of a journal must be reviewed to perform an evaluation. Please forward the next 3 issues of the journal as each is published, to
